Arete Coaching Training W/C 6th July

Dear all,

I am just dropping you a line to book on with training this week so that I can do the numbers.

Running.

Running will be on Tuesday and Thursday this week 18:30 at the sports centre. Please use the doodle poll to book on.

Cycling.

On Sunday 12th July, if there is interest, we will put on a cycle session on the motor circuit at Goodwood at 10:00.

We can cycle on a 2.4-mile circuit in a safe and controlled environment away from the traffic and on uneven road surfaces.

The cost, payable directly to Goodwood, is Adults £10, Junior 13-17 £5 and Children 0-12 Free.

When I have an idea of numbers etc, I can look to plan coaching, so it would be appreciated if you can respond asap to the sessions.
