Arete Triathlon Club is excited to be hosting triathlon legend Chris McCormack for an exclusive interview and Q&A for triathletes aged 12 - 18.

"Macca" is considered on of the greatest triathletes of all time.

He will be talking about his journey from where he started as a junior and how he reached the highest peak of the sport.

Macca owns one of the best athletic winning percentage statistics in modern sport (76%) and landed on the podium 89% of the time, a testament to his discipline and race-day execution.

Having won world titles in every decade from 1990 until today, winning the prestigious Athlete of the Year from Competitor Magazine a record five times, and capturing every major title in the sport.

ESPN crowned him “The World’s Fittest Man” in 2012.

Macca has won over 200 triathlon races around the world and was ranked the number 1 ITU Triathlete in the word for an incredible 243 weeks and was the 5 x international triathlete of the year.

Since retiring from competitive racing he has created the Super League Triathlon competition.
