
Goodwood Cycling Session Sunday 26th July.

Dear all,
Attached is a rough outline for today. I expect the groups to change slightly when we get there.
The session will be split into 3 parts.
Part 1.
Warm-up concentrating on group riding.
Part 2
Main Session.
Time trial format.
and then a tempo Endurance set to develop muscular endurance and training the body to clear blood lactate.
Part 3 -
Free Ride.
Please read the health questionnaire in the attached document that contains groups and sets.
