At training last night Coach Graham was talking about Pistol Squats.
These are a great exercise for building strength in your lower body, to identify and eradicate imbalances, and to learn how to use your muscles synergistically.
It also requires tremendous focus so it is great for strengthening your mind and muscle connection.
Each week Graham will lead a progression of the drill.
