Turbo Bike Session this Sunday 10am for 1 hour.
5 Minutes in Zone 1
12 x 1 minute in Zone 5 with 2-minute recovery in Zone 1
10 Minutes in Zone 2
10 Minutes in Zone 1
Zone 1 - Very Light - 50 - 60% of Max effort
Zone 2 - Light - 60 - 70% of Max effort
Zone 5 - Maximum effort
Please ensure you check your bike set up prior to the start of the session and everything is secure.
If in doubt ask a parent.
Ensure you have water for this session, you will need it for the Zone 5 efforts. I suggest having 1-litre minimum.
You will be in the saddle for 1 hour so dress accordingly.
We will link up with Meoncross again, the session will led by Tom and James, Please bear in mind both clubs need to conform to their safeguarding and behaviour policies during and after the session.
This should be a challenging session and we will line up some videos for the longer Zone 1 and 2 elements to keep you motivated.
