Attached is the training plan for U15 runners. We are going to start to build things up for the 2020/21 season so the first race will not be until Bournemouth XC, hopefully!
We are going to bring you back to fitness gradually and to give your bodies a chance to grow and also get re-conditioned to withstanding training again.
There are no races on the horizon so I want to start to bring you back slowly and not get injured. Therefore find your PB on the plans and then work at 1 or 2 levels lower.
This is for people that will be in the U13 age bracket or below at the start of the September 2020 season.
